RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At HISHAPE, we want you to shop with complete confidence. This page explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for orders placed on our store.
1. 30-day money-back guarantee
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. Returned items must be complete, unused, undamaged, and in resellable condition, ideally in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility for a simple change of mind. Once we receive and inspect your item, we refund the purchase price.
2. How to return an item
- Email us at contact@hishape.fr with your order number and the items you want to return.
- Our customer service team will send you return instructions and the address of the right return center.
- Pack the items carefully to avoid any damage in transit.
- Ship your package and keep proof of shipment, ideally with a tracking number.
Returns must be sent to the return center provided by our team. Our business address is not necessarily a return address.
3. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving and inspecting your return. Original shipping costs are not refunded, unless the item was defective or incorrect.
4. Return shipping costs
For a simple change of mind, return shipping is at your expense. If a product is incorrect, defective, damaged, or not as described, HISHAPE covers the cost of returning or replacing it.
5. Missing, damaged, or lost packages
Package not received: contact us as soon as you notice a delay, ideally within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We'll open an investigation with the carrier and either get your order delivered or refund you.
Package damaged on delivery: contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of the package and the product if you have them.
Lost package: if a package is confirmed lost, HISHAPE will reship your order at no cost or refund you.
Incorrect or defective product: email contact@hishape.fr with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos help us process your request faster.
